Card section divider, typed 'Great Western Railway, Specimen Prepaid Newspaper Parcel Stamps, ( weight, numbered, area, radius )', two empty envelopes attached to reverse, three stamps, 69 mm x 56 mm, attached to front, all printed '3 lb' [pounds weight], undated [c 1880]:
1) blue image, overprinted in black ' 61945'.
2) red image, overprinted in black 'Northern Division, under 40 miles, 89477'.
3) green image, overprinted in black '20220'.
