Crime: Stealing in the dwelling house of John Webb.
Initial sentence: Transportation for life.
Gaoler's report: Character etc not known. Ordered to Cumberland.
Annotated (Outcome): Free pardon 25 May 1843.
Petitioner(s): Two petitions from Robert Moore Parkes, Master of the convict and his uncle one with thirteen people vouching for the petitioner.
Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Convict is an orphan; first offence; father served in army; good character; has served ten years; is thoroughly reformed; has offers of a house and employment if released.
