Folio 164.
To: The General Board of Health.
From: Charles E Deacon, Town Clerk and Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Southampton [Hampshire].
Subject Matter: Letter advising that on the 21 January 1856, he forwarded a communication upon the subject of Mr Ranger's accounts in respect of the Southampton Local Board of Health. Deacon explains that he enclosed two accounts - one relating to the sewerage, and the other to the water works. He received the General Board's reply on the 23 January, but he does not find that the accounts were returned to him. He therefore requests the return of the accounts at the Board's earliest convenience.
