History: bound from La Rochelle to Ross or Waterford in Ireland, laden with French wines and vinegar, and manned by 6 English prisoners-of war from Brouage for exchange in Ireland; taken on 17 June 1667 off Scilly by HMS Victoria's Prize [HMS French Victory] (Thomas Scott commanding) and brought into Plymouth.
