Folio 235: Constance Hemling. As executor for the late Richard Lester, who served on the Advice and Elizabeth, she has received the pay due from the Elizabeth, however the ticket for the Advice was apparently bought up by Mr. Gibbs. Having petitioned the Board to put a stop on it asks for them both to appear before the Board, as the money has been paid to Mr. Edisbury for Mr. Gibbs' use.
