Folio 189: Captain Thomas Harlow, the Smyrna Merchant, Hoylake. He was directed to ask Sir Cloudesley Shovel for men, to replace his sick men, but he had sailed by the time they returned from their voyage. Commissioner Greenhill has ordered him to sail to Kirkcudbright to convoy ships carrying horses for Ireland, so will be unable to get the ship cleaned.
