Description

Short title: King v Jesope.

Plaintiff(s): The King and Sir Carew Raleigh.

Defendant(s): John Jesope, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Park of Gillingham, the Lawn Walk within the forest of Gillingham, and the manor of Gillingham. Payment of tithes thereof to vicarage of Gillingham, to which vicarage the chapels of Motcombe, Eastover, and Westover belong. Agistment of cattle. Parsonage of Upway, value of. Survey.

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 19 June 1605.
