From: Williamson Hill and Co, 10 Great James Street, Bedford Row, London.
Subject Matter: Letter requesting on behalf of Mr England of Howden, a copy of a petition from the owners and ratepayers of the proposed district of Wallingfen for the purpose of adopting the Local Government Act 1858. Williamson Hill and Co state that many parties are anxious for a further meeting before an order is settled on the proposed district as it covers a wide area. They ask that an application for another meeting may be considered.
