Robert Fowler: aged 41 convicted of felony at Newgate on 15 September 1819. Initial sentence: 7 years transportation.
Gaoler's name: John Henry Capper, superintendent.
Grounds for clemency (Recommendation Details): His 'conduct has been very good before and since the circumstance for which he was marked indifferent.'
