History: an American merchant ship (sloop, 30 or 40 tons, 3 men), bound from Mother Kill Creek [Murderkill River], Kent County, Delaware to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, laden with flour, indian corn, bacon; taken on 27 April 1780 in Delaware Bay by the privateer Restoration (William Milby commanding), and brought into New York.
Court papers: 1-7; Ship's papers: 8-19. [These are interim paper numbers, and are likely to change once more fully catalogued].
