Plaintiffs: Henry Weston of Walberton, Sussex (whose father, Edmund Weston, was a prebendary of the Chichester Cathedral and Master of St Mary's Hospital).
Defendants: Thomas Ambrose alias Clerke of Chichester gent and Ellyce Smythe of Binderton, Sussex.
Subject of decree: Lease of St Marye Farme, Chichester, parcel of the lands of the Hospital of St Mary in Chichester, made by Edmund Weston to Ambrose in trust for Weston's children and assigned by him to Smythe.
Date of decree: 12 Oct 30 Eliz.
