Liquor traffic; New Hebrides.
Transmits copy of letter from New Hebrides missionaries expressing gratitude for action taken by Captain d'Oyly of HMS "Pegasus" to check liquor and arms traffic in New Hebrides and hoping that his successor will continue his work in this direction and that the cooperation of French may be secured.
