Description

Folios 397-398: Charles Paget, London. He is sending a letter and hopes there will be no objection to appointing Mr Liddle to be Boatswain of HMS Endymion from HMS Gibraltar.

Folios 399-400: enclosure with folios 397-398. Letter dated 12 March 1805 from Robert Hutchings Boatswain on HMS Endymion and William Liddle, Boatswain on HMS Gibraltar to Charles Paget, Captain of HMS Endymion. As Robert Hutchings as been wounded he cannot serve at sea he wishes to exchange with William Liddle who wishes to go to sea.
