Folio 387: enclosure with folios 385-386. Letter dated 29 December 1804, from [Thomas Senior] Captain's Clerk, Kingston. He is sending the enclosed as they relate to the Frenchman.
Folio 388: enclosure with folios 385-386. Printed advertisement in French from Le Havre for Victor Nassive, (described).
Folio 389-390: enclosure with folios 385-386. Letter dated 26 April 1804, in French from Geneste in St Yago De Cuba to Victor Nassive, in Havanna.
Folio 392: enclosure with folios 385-386. In French. Long description of action signed by six French Officers. (Refers to HMS Amazon and a French privateer or Corsair and a Captain Peltier and L'Experiment.)
