Folios 162-163: George Parker, HMS Santa Margarita, Falmouth Harbour. Informs that the French Brig Castel Eliza arrived here last night from Nantes, she sailed from thence on 27 February 1801 with 23 Masters of Vessels and 50 Seamen, the former of which were landed at Falmouth and the latter in Mounts Bay, Mr Pellew the collector having informed him he had directions from the Transport Board to order all Cartels that came into this Port to Plymouth, there being no person at this Port authorised to give receipts for Prisoners. He has directed Lieutenant [George Allen] Spencer of HMS Telemachus to see her into Plymouth and then to follow his former Orders.
