Description

Folios 152-153: William Pierrepont, HMS Naiad, Long Reach. Reports 35 men from HMS Espion have joined his ship. They have been informed they will be paid the wages due to them before HMS Naiad sets sail. Requests that arrangements are put in place for these payments to be made.

Folios 154-155: enclosure with folios 152-153. Daily Ships report undated from Captain William Pierrepont, HMS Naiad to the Admiralty. Reports weather conditions and remarks for HMS Naiad from 23 to 29 April 1797.
