Folios 109-110: Robert Parker, HMS Intrepid, Portsmouth. Reply to your letter dated 25 April 1797 he informs that Benjamin Chapman says he was ordered home by Sir John Jervis there not being a Vacancy in the Fleet. That he came home in HMS Gibraltar and was told by Captain John Pakenham he might leave that ship.
