Folio 518: enclosure with folios 516-517.This is to Certify that:- Mr Willis Trattles served Gunner from 7 August 1813, Mr Thomas Evans as Boatswain and Mr William Pink as Carpenter from 8 July 1813 to date on HMS Severn.
