Folios 98-99: attached to folio 97. Certificate dated 14 February 1803 signed by R J Neve, Captain; W Butcher, Master; J McGugan, Boatswain. Gives details of the circumstances leading up to the anchor and cables being left behind. Results of the inspection of the cables. Matthew Upsham is entitled to the salvage.
