Folios 364-365: Donald M'Leod [MacLeod], Regulating Officer, Liverpool. Reply to letter dated 16 June 1813, he states (1) Robert Price was imprest by Lieutenant Timins on 22 April 1813 as a Sea Boy aged 16 born in St Asaph. He ran away from a Sea Indenture, and his Master refused to claim him. He has since volunteered and remains on HMS Princess. (2) Reply to letter dated 14 June 1813 respecting Joseph Parry a Deserter from HMS Chatham reported by Lieutenant Eborall to have been sick at Manchester and in reply acquaint you no such man has given himself up to him for the Srvice.
Folios 366-367: enclosure with folios 364-365. Letter dated 29 April 1813 by Joseph Carter, Liverpool, to the Admiralty. Requests the discharge of his apprentice Robert Price.
