Folios 358-359: Donald MacLeod, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Regarding the cases of David Redman, David Liversedge and Thomas Braid who has withdrawn his allegiance from his lawful sovereign to become a citizen of the United States.
Folio 360: enclosure with folios 358-359. Articles of indenture for David Redman dated 20 April 1808.
Folio 361: enclosure with folios 358-359. Certificate dated 10 July 1809 by James H MCulloch, Collector of Baltimore, stating that David Redman is an American citizen.
Folio 362: enclosure with folios 358-359. Certificate dated 2 May 1811 by the Commonwelath of Massachusetts that Thomas Braid late of St Andrews in Scotland , a subject Great Britain, now a resident in Salem as declared by law to be an American citizen.
Folios 363-364: enclosure with folios 358-359. Letter dated 11 May 1812 by John Gill on behalf of James Gartside, Westwood Edge, Golcar near Huddersfield, asking for the release of his apprentice, David Liversedge.
