Description

Folios 44-45: Donald McLeod, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. States the case of James Hamilton and James Smith.

Folios 46-47: enclosure with folios 44-45. Letter dated 14 March 1812 by James Crewe, Public Office, Liverpool. Regarding James Hamilton, the mate of the sloop William and Ann who has been impressed. Seeks his discharge.

Folios 48-49: enclosure with folios 44-45. Oath dated 14 March 1812 by James Crewe, Liverpool.

Folios 50-52: enclosure with folios 44-45. Letter dated 14 March 1812 by John D, Case. In regards to James Smith, master of the brig Dart. Applies for his discharge.
