Folios 364-365: William Luke, Sea Fencibles, Falmouth. As directions dated 6 September 1804 he has caused the Sea Fencibles in his District to be strictly examined and he encloses a List of eighty four Men whom he has thought it incumbent on him to discharge. Although the greater part of them have been settled a considerable time on shore and have families, the remainder are composed of such Persons and come within the strict interpretation of the first section of the second article of his instructions.
