Folios 237-238: Thomas Lavie, Sea Fencibles, Chatham. As requested supplies a return of the number of shipwrights and caulkers employed in the Merchant Yards in this district.
Folios 239-240: enclosure with folios 237-238. Letter dated 9 April 1804 by Thomas Lavie, Chatham. Concerning the number of shipwrights at Queenborough. States that Charles Feilding has put himself under his command and that Lieutenant Sherwin is withdrawn from Gillingham to join his ship.
