Folios 133-134: Frederick Langford, HMS Fury, Colne River. Responds to directions from Lord Keith to put the case of impressing, Noah Kisser, John Withey, Robert Bloomfield, James Smith and Nick Dixon. Advises that Noah Kisser, Mate, the Owners Delight, was discharged from HMS Centaur on 29 April 1802, John Withey, Mate, the Amity, was discharged from HMS Alliance in 1802 and Robert Bloomfield, Mate, the Hermitage, was discharged from HMS Royal George on 24 April 1802. Advises that James Smith, Mate, St Petersburgh Packet, had served 26 years at sea and 5 years on board her and Nick Dixon, Mate, the Harmones had served at sea for 9 years but only 3 weeks on board her.
Folios 135-136: enclosed with folios 133-134. Letter dated 24 May 1803 by James Lovett, Owner, the St. Petersburgh Pacquet, Colchester to the Admiralty. Asks for James Smith, Mate, who was impressed by Captain Langford, HMS Fury from the St. Petersburgh having just arrived from Gainsborough, to be discharged.
Folios 137-138: enclosed with folios 133-134. Petition by Thomas Metcalf, Sunderland to the Admiralty. Asks for Nicholas Dixon, Chief Mate, who was impressed by HMS Fury from the Harmones of Sunderland to be discharged.
Folios 139-140: enclosed with folios 1330134. Letter dated 24 May 1803 by J. Norman, London to the Admiralty. Asks for Noah Kisser, Mate, the Owners Delight, John Withey, Mate, Amity and Robert Blomfield, Mate, the Little Hermitage, who were impressed by the boats of HMS Fury, be discharged. Encloses affidavits by the Masters of these vessels.
