Folios 15-16: enclosure with folios 13-14. J. James, Has had orders from Captain Oaks so will go to Gallows Reach with his prize El Rey Carlos which he asks to moor at Deptford if Lord St Vincent agrees. He is sending an account [not present] of his ship.
