Description

Folios 7-8: Bartholomew James, HMS El Corso, Falmouth. Sailed from the Tagus on 14 November 1797 with dispatches from Lord St Vincent. His ship is ready to sail again.

Folios 9-10: enclosure with folios 7-8. Orders dated 12 November 1797 by Lord St Vincent to Captain James. Regarding the delivery of despatches.
