Description

Folios 439-440: David Lloyd, HMS Termagant, Hull. Reports that on 28 December off Spurn Point he captured the French privateer Le Victoire, which had previously taken two colliers and was in pursuit of an English merchantman when he caught her. Postscript. As soon as he has landed his prisoners he will resume his station.
