Folios 306-307: John Loring, Clapham. His last command, HMS Conflagration, was burnt at Toulon on the orders of Vice Admiral, Lord Hood. He returned to England on HMS Camel and asks to be paid up to the date of his arrival. He asks for dispensation regarding his papers as they were burnt onboard HMS Conflagration.
