Folios 148-149: Richard Lucas, HMS Sphinx, Cork. He encloses a letter he has received from Lieutenant General Moucher, Commander in Chief, Munster. With HMS Pearl he has put to sea in search of the enemy.
Folio 150: enclosed with folios 148-149. Letter dated 8 December 1793 by Lieutenant Moucher, Commander in Chief, Munster. He has received a report of two French privateers off the coast of Duncannon.
