Folios 165-166: George Monat Keith, HMS Redbreast, Plymouth. In obedience to enclosed order of 4 June 1814, he brought Mr [Barrendom---- de Grhen ?] and keeper of the archives of Mr [Martchenkow?] of the King of Prussia plus suite and baggage to Dover. In obedience to order of 24 June 1814, he carried Mr , Chancellor General to the Emperor of Russia with his suite & baggage from Dover to Ostend and entertain them at his table and requests remuneration for the expenses incurred.
Folio 167: enclosure with folios 165-166. Letter dated 4 June 1814 from Henry Blackwood, HMS Impregnable off Boulogne to George Mouat Keith, HMS Redbreast. He is directed to convoy to Dover the persons, baggage and carriages os any Russian or Prussian noblemen that Captain Baldwin requires and then return to Boulogne anchorage.
Folio 168: enclosure with folios 165-166. Letter dated 24 June 1814 from George Scott, HMS Royal Charlotte, Dover Roads to George Mouat Keith, HMS Redbreast. He is directed to receive on board 10 persons, 4 carriages & baggage belonging to the Empower of Russia and proceed to Ostend and return to the Downes.
