Folios 136-137: Alexander Kennedy, 41 Norfolk Street, Strand, London. As his accounts were not passed as he didn't keep accounts for HMS Surinam which he commanded for only 6 weeks before HMS Forester. He understood that John Ellis Watt who took over the Surinam included his accounts.
Folio 138: enclosure with folios 136-137: Letter dated 24 April 1814 from John Ellis Watt, HMS Surinam, Carlisle Bay, Barbados stating that he includes the passed accounts of HMS Surinam 10 December 1810 to 31 January 1811 when the ship was commanded by Alexander Kennedy.
