Folios 354-355: Henry Heathcote, Satopian Coffee House, London. Having received on board the HM Ship under his Command [HMS Lion] the Persian Ambassador & Sir Gore Ousley [Ouseley] with their suits. He request to be acquainted with what allowance is to be made to him for defraying the necessary expenses he incurred. to his Protection
