Folios 85-86: Graham Eden Hamond, HMS Victorious, at Anchor off the Coast of Holland. He encloses a letter he has received from Reverend David Griffiths, the chaplain on board his ship.
Folios 87-88: enclosure with folios 85-86. Letter from D Griffiths to Captain Hammond dated 1 July 1809 at Flushing. He asks leave of absence in order to deal with some family matters.
