Folios 48-49: Lawrence William Halstead, Gosport, Hants. He writes that he was 'kept open' on HMS Hibernian's books until Sir Charles Cotton struck his flag. Throughout that time all journals were kept up to date and he hopes that in the circumstances the Admiralty will send the pay owed him to his Agent.
