Folios 16-17: James Galloway, HMS Princess, Liverpool.
Reports that Jago Mitchell was sent from the rendezvous as an impressed man on 15 December 1810, French by birth but married to an English woman with children. The Admiralty had ordered that he might be discharged on payment of £80. Galloway states that the man is weakly and not fit to serve although passed by the surgeon. Mitchell has raised £40 and Galloway asks that the man be discharged.
