Folios 213-214: John Gore, HMS Medusa, Spithead. Recommending Captain Edward Williams for promotion for his service with Lord Nelson on HMS Victory at Boulogne. Requesting he be referred to Earl St. Vincent.
Folios 215-216: enclosure with folios 213-214. Letter dated 8 February 1806, from Lord Barham of the Admiralty regrets he cannot promote Captain Williams as promotion is limited.
