Description

Folios 552-553: William Essington, Sea Fencibles, Dover. He encloses a list of vessels at Dover that can be manned by Sea Fencibles under his command. Captain Ricketts reports that the situation at Folkstone is very different.

Folios 554-555: enclosed with folios 552-553. Letter dated 14 December 1803 by Captain Ricketts, Sea Fencibles, Folkstone. He reports on the boats ready for service at Folkestone.

Folios 556-559: enclosed with folios 552-553. William Essington, Sea Fencibles, Dover. A list of vessels at Dover, Deal and Folkstone available for service.
