Folios 463-464: George Countess, London. Reports that Mr Crispe, Purser of HMS Daedalus, was absent when Captains were requested to give character reports on their Warrant Officers. He now wishes to recommend Mr Crispe, who is a sober, attentive and good officer, whose service has been sarisfactory and who is deserving of recognition.
