Folios 263-264: Robert Heriot Barclay, 14 Hart Street, Edinburgh. Encloses a memorial to HRH the Prince Regent. As a consequence of the amputation of one arm and the loss of all strength in the other arm, he needs to employ a servant who will be more expensive than a footman because of the duties involved. Asks for an additional allowance to the pension allowed to Officers of the same rank for such wounds. States that the original grant of £291 is reduced by £58 in taxes including the tax for the civil list and income tax.
