On orders from Admiral Sir John Borlase Warren he received, on board HMS Goree at Halifax, Dutch Admiral De Buysker, late Governor of Batavia and his suite on 19 October 1810 for a passage to England. Asks to be recompensed for the expense of accommodation and provisioning which was upwards of £250.

Directed to receive Dutch Admiral De Buysker, late Governor of Batavia and suite and French Officers on board HMS Goree, for a passage to England.
