Folio 31: Charles Boyles. HMS Raisonable, Yarmouth Roads. He has ordered HMS Phoenix to relieve HMS Speedwell which will then proceed to the Nore as per directions to Captain Brisac. HMS Favourite has arrived and he encloses three lists of her convoy, an order to Lieutenant Crispin of HMS [Drake?] and a letter from Captain Westbeach to Vice Admiral Dickson. [Some words only partially legible due to tight binding].
