Folios 25-26: enclosure in folio 24. Memorial on behalf of himself and his ship's company that on 3 January 1797, lying in Hamoaze, found a ship, the Penmemberg under Dutch colours, with false papers and secured her and sent papers to the Admiralty Court as a prize and part of her cargo was shown to be a lawful capture and asks for a reward.
