Folio 163: Henry William Bayntun, HMS Quebec, Newtown, Isle of Wight. They attempted to proceed to sea but before getting abreast of Yarmouth the wind veered and took the convoy back and were obliged to come to anchor. They will wait until the wind turns to gather the whole convoy together as some sails did not leave Motherbank, or they may have to return to Spithead to complete the water and provisions.
