Folios 84-85: Samuel James Ballard, HMS Pearl, Spithead. Reminds their Lordships of their promise that [James] Shed. Gunner would be moved to a larger ship in Ordinary. John Unckless, Seaman, who was imprisoned for debt (Winchester Gaol)m has been liberated but not returned to the ship. He assumes he has returned to Bristol, where he belongs to the Customs.
