Description

Folios 247-254. Greco-Romanian conflict: transmits extract of a letter regarding the alleged attempt of a Greek ship owner to have his vessels registered as British in order to avoid paying extra dues that the Romanian Government intend to levy on Greek shipping; with a copy of a letter from Lieutenant Colonel Trotter giving his views on the subject.

From Sir W C Greene, Bucharest, sent 4 June 1906.
