Description

'Blow-Out' (La Grande Bouffe): summons under the Vagrancy Acts 1824 and 1838 taken out by Mary WHITEHOUSE of the National Viewers and Listeners Association against Royston COOKE, manager of the Curzon Cinema, Curzon Street, Mayfair, London, following her viewing of the allegedly obscene film on 27 December 1973. Summons dismissed.
