Folio 2: J Cannon, aged 28, able seaman; sick or hurt, large foul ulcer on the right leg of some weeks standing; put on sick list, 28 May 1802 at Portsmouth, discharged 24 June 1802 to duty.

Folios 2-3: Lieutenant Milne, age [not stated]; sick or hurt, complains of pain of the breast attended with a troublesome cough and hoarseness plus rather quiet [?] heat of skin, body costive; put on sick list, 28 May 1802 at Portsmouth, discharged 13 June 1802 to duty.

Folio 4: J Welsh, aged 28, able seaman; sick or hurt, has an enlargement on the lower part of the tibia of the right leg which has been troublesome for some weeks, but is now so painful to prevent him performing his duty; put on sick list, 19 June 1802 at sea, discharged 30 August 1802 to duty.

Folio 4: J Organ, aged 28, able seaman; sick or hurt, complains of severe pains in his knee and hip joints, which he attributes to sleeping on the deck at night; put on sick list, 24 June 1802 at sea, discharged 19 July 1802 to duty.

Folios 4-5: A Bound, aged 27, able seaman; sick or hurt, complains of acute pain in his left breast with [?] and dry cough which he attributes to sleeping on a wet deck; put on sick list, 1 July 1802 at sea, discharged 19 July 1802 to duty.

Folio 5: Mr Mullen, midshipman; sick or hurt, has an eruption on his legs, thigh and arms which is evidently itch; put on sick list, 8 July 1802 at sea, discharged 19 July 1802 to duty.

Folios 5-6: J Munch, able seaman; sick or hurt, has several ulcers on the glans prepuce penis and a bubo in his left groin; put on sick list, 13 July 1802 at sea, discharged 4 September 1802 to the surgeon's successor.
