Folios 2-3: Arthur Cary Elwes, aged [?], Sub-Lieutenant; case number 1; disease or hurt, gun shot wound in the left thigh from the natives at [Mangere?] Grande. Put on sick list, 23 February 1867. Discharged 7 March 1867 invalided.
Folio 3: Jack Everyday, aged 28, Krooman; case number 2; disease or hurt, accidental gun shot wound of the left thigh at [Mangere?] Grande. Put on sick list, 26 February 1867. Discharged 1 May 1867 to duty.
Folios 3-4: John Bennett, aged 24, Krooman; case number 3; disease or hurt, chronic peritonitis. Put on sick list, 2 May 1867. Discharged 6 April 1867 to Ascension Hospital by Dromedary.
