Oswald Rudolph Kattman RASMUSS/Karl Rudolf RASMUSS: German. Karl RASMUSS, a German Trade Commissioner and representative of the Nazi Party in India before the war, joined the ranks of the Abwehr in 1939. He was sent to Kabul under commercial cover in 1940 tasked with gathering intelligence on India. He was expelled from there in early 1944 and returned to Germany
